1. Final Sale Policy (No Returns, No Exchanges, No Cancellations)

All sales made through Sevyn Extensions are FINAL. Due to the nature of our products (raw Indonesian hair), we do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations under any circumstances. We strongly advise that you thoroughly review all product descriptions, including length, texture, color, and weight, before completing your purchase.

• Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

• Any request for a return or exchange, regardless of reason, will be rejected.

• All sales are final and by purchasing, you agree to this policy.

2. Order Confirmation and Accuracy

Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase. It is your responsibility to review the information carefully. Once an order is submitted, it is automatically processed, and any attempt to modify or cancel the order after confirmation will not be honored.

• Order accuracy: Ensure that the product details, quantity, shipping address, and payment information are correct at the time of checkout. We are not liable for any errors made by the customer.

3. Payment Terms

Sevyn Extensions accepts the following forms of payment:

• Credit/Debit Cards

• ShopPay (for installment plans)

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. All transactions are processed securely using encryption methods. Please ensure that you have sufficient funds or credit before submitting your order. Any payment issues or declined transactions will result in order cancellation.

4. Shipping & Handling

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days after confirmation of payment. However, shipping times are estimates and may vary based on destination and availability.

• Shipping Time:

• Domestic (US): Estimated 5-7 business days from shipment.

• International: Times vary based on location (can take up to 21 business days, depending on customs).

• Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and destination.

IMPORTANT: Once your order has been shipped, Sevyn Extensions is not liable for lost, damaged, or delayed packages during transit. Shipping risks are transferred to the customer once the package is handed over to the carrier. We strongly advise you track your shipments and immediately address any delivery issues with the carrier.

5. Product Quality Assurance

At Sevyn Extensions, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products. Each bundle of hair is carefully inspected and shipped in perfect condition. However, if you receive a product that is defective (e.g., damaged, incorrect item), you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the product. Claims made after this period will not be entertained.

• Required Action for Defects: Provide clear, detailed photos of the defect, including the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label.

• Refunds or replacements: Only granted for defective or incorrect items. All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must comply with our strict time frame for reporting defects.

Note: If no defect is found upon inspection, or if the issue is related to customer error (e.g., incorrect order), we will not issue a replacement or refund.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We take chargebacks and payment disputes seriously. If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card company, we will thoroughly investigate the transaction. If the chargeback is found to be fraudulent or without merit, we will take legal action, including reporting the incident to the appropriate authorities.

• Chargeback consequences: Initiating an unwarranted chargeback will result in your account being permanently flagged and blocked from making future purchases.

• Dispute resolution: Before filing a chargeback, please contact our customer service team immediately to resolve any issues or disputes.

7. Product Use and Care

Once your purchase is complete, it is your responsibility to follow proper maintenance and care instructions for your extensions to avoid damage. We are not liable for any damage to the hair caused by improper care, use, or alteration.

• Hair Care: Follow the care guidelines provided with each product to ensure longevity and optimal quality.

• No Returns for Damaged Hair: Products damaged due to misuse, chemical treatments, or poor maintenance are not eligible for any return, replacement, or refund.

Your privacy and security are paramount. Sevyn Extensions takes every measure to protect your personal and payment information. We use secure encryption methods to process payments and store customer data in compliance with applicable laws.

• No Sharing of Data: We will never share or sell your personal information to third parties.
